By using this website or placing an order with WeCare Meds ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to order from us.
2. Medical information
Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any medicine.
3. Prescriptions and legality
Many medicines we list are prescription-only in many countries. You are responsible for making sure a medicine is suitable for you and lawful to buy and import where you live. See our Prescription Policy. We may decline or cancel any order.
4. Products
Brand names are used to identify products and belong to their respective owners. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary between batches.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed when we contact you about your order.
- After you place an order, our team contacts you by your preferred method to confirm it and arrange payment.
- Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received.
6. Delivery and customs
- You receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
- Import rules for medicines differ between countries. Customs authorities may inspect, delay or refuse parcels, and any import duties or taxes are your responsibility.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm resulting from using a medicine without appropriate medical advice. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
