Prescription Policy

Many medicines we list — including erectile dysfunction treatments, antibiotics, antivirals, sleep medicines and antidepressants — are prescription-only medicines in many countries. Please read this page before you order.

1. Talk to your doctor first

Only use a prescription-only medicine if a doctor or other qualified prescriber has confirmed it is suitable for you. Our product pages give general information only and are not a substitute for a medical consultation.

2. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older.
You are responsible for making sure the medicine is appropriate for you and legal to buy and import where you live.
Tell us about anything that affects the safety of your order when we contact you, and read the patient leaflet before use.

3. We may ask for a prescription

When we contact you to confirm an order, we may ask you for a copy of a valid prescription. You can send it to support.wecaremeds@gmail.com.

4. When we decline or cancel orders

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any payment, if we believe it may be unsafe or unlawful — for example, if the buyer appears to be under 18, the quantities are unusual, or a medicine cannot legally be sent to the destination.

5. Controlled medicines

Some sleep and wakefulness medicines are controlled substances in several countries and are subject to strict import rules. Check your local laws before ordering.
